Return Policy

Returns are accepted for STORE CREDIT ONLY. All returns must be shipped to us within 14 days of the date received. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Please email us for shipping address.

Sale items, accessories, boozy babes, just for you boxes, shoes and custom items are FINAL SALE & cannot be returned. Any sale items, accessories, shoes or custom items returned, will NOT be processed. If you wish to have this item returned back to you, a $10 fee will incur. All sale items and all coupon codes are FINAL SALE and ineligible for return. Returns will not be processed for online or store credit.

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed and in the original condition with tags attached. If items have make up, deodorant, or other stains/odors you WILL NOT be given credit and the items will be sent back for a $10 return fee.

If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, please email for further assistance.

If the order is returned past the 14 day limit or does not fit the return guidelines, the items will be sent back to you for a $10 fee and no credit will be given.


Exchange Instructions

Please place a new order online for the items you wish to purchase. This will ensure your items do not sell out before we have received your return. 

Please note that we cannot hold any items while waiting on returns during the shipping process.

Once your return is received, we will issue you a gift code via email to use as you wish on future orders.

Processing Time
We work as quickly as possible to get refunds and store credit processed, but please understand this process can take up to two weeks from the time the return was delivered to us.
