Refund policy
Please know our return policy and don't break it, or ask for an exception. We really love our job & hate telling customers sorry we can't take this back after they already paid to send it to us.
- We accept returns for a full refund if postmarked within 7 calendar days of being delivered to you. Customer is required to pay return shipping, unless it's an error on our end.
- We accept returns for store credit postmarked within 8-14 calendar days of being delivered to you. Customer is required to pay return shipping, unless it's an error on our end.
- We do NOT accept any returns after 14 days of delivery. If we receive a return after 14 days, we can donate it to charity or the customer can pay to have it shipped back to them.
- Accessories & Jewelry: All sales final - no returns/exchanges
- ALL SALES FINAL: If you use a coupon on an item that is 20% or more, the purchase is all sales final (usually we will have FINAL in those codes). All clearance/sale items are all sales final. All pre-order graphic tshirts are final sale.
**If item(s) are broken, damaged or appear to be washed/worn, including, but not limited to stains, deodorant stains, pet hair, makeup, cigarette smoke and perfume, no credit may be issued. Item(s) may be returned at the customer's expense.**
Note: If you received a defective item we will replace it, but if a new one is not available we will refund your money to original form of payment or store credit - we do however need the item back to issue the refund - email us for a return label at no cost to you.

Processing Time
We work as quickly as possible to get refunds and store credit processed, but please understand this process can take up to two weeks from the time the return was delivered to us.
